Free parking. A lot of room to park. If there is a conference and the closest parking lot is fully taken, there is one more across the street. There are pools. (Although not officially open at the beginning of May, full of water and can be taken for a swim even now.) Really close to a very good sandy beach. Very good dinner. In spring it was a la carte. Silent new fridge in the room. Great bathroom with a bide. No noise from the street.

Very thin walls. If there is anything going on in the hallway or next doors, it seems like it is happening in your own room. Usually very noisy till midnight and after 8 am - you can't really decide to miss breakfast and sleep in - incredibly noisy. No ventilation in bathroom. Window opens to the rooftop - view is bare concrete. No tea kettle in the room. Bad hair dryer - hardly works, but works. Bad breakfast. Mostly just sweets - pound cakes, croissants, cookies. Salty meals included just the very essentials - omelette, bacon, sausage, boiled eggs as warm meals and cold meals had one type of salami, ham and cheese each. Old furniture. Creaky and from the last century. (But the rooms themselves are renovated and fresh.)

It was okay for what we required. A bed for the night after arriving late from the airport.

Its location to the airport. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The bedrooms were basic and resembled a prison cell. The balcony looked like it hadn’t been maintained in several years. The grounds were shabby looking.

Very quiet on 18 December. Dinner was prepared on demand and was excellent. Perfect overnight stopover on way to airport.

All tiled floors in room, so noisy with late arrivals and early departures.

My husband and I spent 4 relaxing and entertaining days at this lovely hotel. It was everything we expected it to be and

The hotel was only 15 minutes from the airport. By train and by taxi. We did a late check in and therefore we missed the ending meal. Cold food was left in our room at our request. The hotel was very clean. Staff constantly working. It had its own sandy beach which was extremely clean. We were given our own chaise lounges and umbrella for the amount of days we stayed. The meals throughout the day was open buffet with red or white table wine at lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a group of young entertainers which entertained us for over an hour in the morning, afternoon and evening.

It would have been easier if at mealtimes the name of the delicious meals were written near the serving dishes, so that we knew what we were eating. The entertainers at night only spoke Italian and we are unable to follow the entertainment. But then again, most of the guests were Italian.

I liked the pools and the private access to the beach. Location for walking around and places to eat was very convenient. Room was perfect. The staff was VERY accommodating.

I would have liked someone to have shown me the terrace, which I found 2 days before I left, I did not realize it was a family-friendly resort so it was much louder and more active than I would have liked. The location was bit out of the way for touring and taxis were expensive. I was unable to do some excursions because they were closed out - I probably should have booked earlier. I wasn't too thrilled with the dinner buffet but enjoyed the restaurant by the pool.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was tasty, good choices and plentiful. Location was great.

There were alot of dangerous areas. Hidden Spikes in the lawn, a broken deck chair which resulted in a badly severed finger. The first aid person prevented infection, but it really needed the attention of a qualified Doctor, which has resulted in permanent scarring and nerve damage. Our room, 216, air conditioner kept reverting to 28°c when we left the room. When we booked, through booking.com we booked 1 double room for 2 adults and one 2 room suite for 2 adults and 2 babies. We did not get this, which made it cramped and uncomfortable for the family, all being in one double room. Fridge was also not cold enough to properly chill drinks.

Relaxing stay. Clean. Food can improve.

Nicely located beachfront with beach access below street level. Staff was kind and efficient. Nice atmosphere. Room was quite spacious and good shower and overall good bathroom. It is clean. There is a gym and a spa. Very nice pools. It’s for sure a nice place to spend a few days relaxing.

I am from Sicily and I must say that Food selection is a weak part. There was nothing typical and even though there was some cannoli and ice cream, it was far more mediocre than what you would find in the area. The eggs specifically in the morning were incredibly salty. It is a 4 star hotel and you would expect better food selection. Anyway, it’s ok if you don’t have high expectations and if you are open to eat outside of the hotel every now and then. Also, it should attract more people in the 20-40 age group as majority of people were either in a much higher age group or children.

Eccellent and huge resort. Very nice receptionists. Various swinming pools.

The lido is not as good as the hotel. The resort is far from the city center. Its kitchen serves buffet and the quality of the food is not as good as it should be. Nevertheless in the kitchen people are nice and ready to fullfill hosts' request.

fortunately the excellent food almost made up for the fact that all the pools were unavailable

food was excellent - had only booked b&b but decided to have either lunch or dinner most days as restaurant was so good location is good for beach

unfortunately both hotel website and info sheet provided said that hotel had 3/4 pools open may to september - unfortunately not one of these pools was open so was extremely disappointed as that was main reason for booking
